A rated for energy efficiency
All of our double glazing is A rated for energy efficiency. Double glazing that is rated well for energy efficiency means more heat is retained in your home, helping to keep you warm when you really need it. Our standard glazing offer is soft coated and reflect heat back into a room – the outer pane can even capture the heat from the sun. This in turn eliminates cold areas around windows, making your living spaces more enjoyable all year round.

Triple Glazing
Add an extra layer of efficiency with triple glazing – enhance insulation, security and energy performance
The easiest way to describe triple glazing is that it has 3 panels of glass. It uses the same key design as double glazing – it is made using two think panes of 4mm glass which are separated by an insulation space and a central reinforced pane. The extra layer of reinforced glass slows the escape of heat from your home, deters thieves and makes your living spaces more comfortable.
Also, bearing in mind that double glazing can save you up to £80 on heating bills, you can imagine how much of a difference that an extra glazing layer can make. This is hugely beneficial, especially in the Winter months when heating costs rise.
Energy efficiency gains with triple glazing
Combined with quality frames from Creating Spaces, manufacture and installation, it is easy to achieve a high level of solar heat gain, capture warmth from natural daylight and draw it into your home. Together with a warm-edge spacer bar and insulating frames, this creates a window that will achieve the maximum Windows Energy Rating of A+.
Even if you have insulated the rest of your house well, inefficient glazing can create cold spots that surround the windows at night. These cause draughts, draw heat away from you if you sit next to them, and result in streams of condensation running down the panes. Triple glazing shouldn’t be underestimated – it will make the insulation of your house consistent throughout.

Creating Spaces offer integral blinds which can be venetian or pleated blinds fitted into the cavity of a double-glazed unit.
These are suitable for all kinds of windows, doors and conservatories, and are ideal for bi-fold doors.
The boom in popularity of integral blinds is down several factors that make them the obvious choice for many people. A few examples include:

You will have no trouble finding a Uni-Blind® that fits your room style and décor. Our pleated blinds are available in a choice of 18 colours and our Venetian blinds are available in 10 colours including S159 anthracite grey, which is only available in the UK from Creating Spaces, and coordinates perfectly with aluminium windows and doors!
There are 5 different control options available and it is really down to your preference as to the one that best suits your requirements and budget. Choose from either, manual, motorised, or battery operated controls.
Manual control
Our manually operated blinds offer the choice of a cord, rotational knob or wand (C System), a cordless slider (SV System) or a magnetic slider (S System). They are all easy to operate and allow the blinds to be raised, lowered and, in the case of Venetian blinds, tilted effortlessly. The operating mechanisms are stylish and unobtrusive and are manufactured to the highest standard for long term performance and ease of use.
Eco-friendly option
For the eco-friendly homeowner, our W Smart system is a battery-operated motorised Venetian blind, equipped with an external energy saving solar panel that recharges the batteries.
Motorised integral blinds
For the discerning homeowner who prefers the speed and synchronicity of an automated home, our MB System Venetian blinds can be connected to mains motors for easy operation at the flick of a wall-mounted switch or by remote control. Motorised blinds can be operated individually, or you can synchronise the movements of groups of up to 12 blinds for simultaneous raising and lowering.
We’ve also developed a unique control box for motorised blinds, which eliminates installation issues and provides an aesthetically pleasing solution for control at your fingertips. They are pre-wired and tested making it a faster, hassle-free installation.
Integration with home automation systems is also possible with our SmartMotion interface.

Installation of Windows & Doors
At Creating spaces we have a specialist team who understand the do’s and dont’s with windows and doors installations.
As part of our service, one of our team will come to your home and perform a quotation survey, taking into consideration what products you currently have and providing advise on what new products you should look to install, whilst carrying out this survey we will be looking at what is involved in removing your current windows and doors and replacing them with new, energy efficient products from our range.
Once you choose us as your preferred installer, one of the team will come back to take more accurate measurements to ensure your installation runs smoothly from start to finish.
At the end of your installation we take away your old products and send them away for recycling, helping you to do your part in taking care of our environment for the future generations.
We know that when it comes to improving your home with new windows and doors, it can be a daunting task to find a company that you can trust. Here at Creating Spaces, we are an Assure-certified installer, our surveyors and installers have been trained and signed off to complete the work meaning you can rest assured that the installation complies with Building Regulations and is therefore legal and correct. You will also be sent a certificate of registration for this. This will come directly from Assure Certification and should arrive within 28 days and proves that the work is registered with the Local Authority.
All our installers and surveyors registered with Assure will be provided with branded ID cards so you know they are exactly who they claim and they have the appropriate Mandatory Technical Competences (MTC’s) to complete the work on your home.
