Pesco Developments
Mill Renovation Project
A former mill property in Scotland for which Creating Spaces undertook a full renovation project on behalf of Pesco Developments, turning it from a derelict shell into 35 unique, high-end, individual retirement apartments.
The project encompassed internal building of stud walls, plumbing, plastering, electrics, new windows and doors, fitting of remote controls, alarm and access systems, kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms, balustrading, and external decking.
