The entire kitchen was stripped back allowing new electrics and lighting to be re-configured, followed by a full re-board and plaster so they could paint with ease afterwards.
They were guided into a shaker style door in a cashmere colour and a pewter knob handle with oak effect laminate worktops and co-ordinating upstands which work really well together.
The breakfast bar area not only provides an additional seating area for those snack and coffee times, but also gives the kitchen area the separation feel they were after.
The boiler was an eye-sore for them so we cleverly disguised it as a wall unit, but still giving that essential access to it which is required.
Storage was a key part of the kitchen and by encasing the USA style Fridge Freezer with Larder Units either side gives plenty of this.
The Range Cooker kept the traditional feel going, but the LED lighting in the ceiling and under the units gives a sharp modern twist.
