Modern Reflection Kitchen | Case Study | Creating Spaces

J-pull kitchen, Elland

What used to be a dated kitchen has turned into a stunning hot-off-the-press modern kitchen. Our modern kitchens celebrate the dance of form and function, with inspired innovations that make enjoying the magic of cooking easy. Our customers chose a clean White Gloss handless style with 20mm CRL Quartz named ‘Vicenza’ for their worktops.

Pure glamour!

Brief

Our client works in catering and is due to retire shortly, so they wanted a kitchen to include all the essential cooking items to feed her passion. As a lot of time is spent in the kitchen a functional but yet stylish and modern look was key to this design.

Project

A complete contrast between old and new was achieved in this project. Gone are the traditional pine units and tiling, replaced with handleless Gloss White units, Quartz worksurfaces and Glass Splashbacks.

Siemens appliances were selected, as one feature that was a ‘must have’ was a steam oven. This was incorporated in the appliance above the oven which also functions as a secondary oven and a microwave. The gas-on-glass 5 burner hob also boasts a modern look and provides an ‘easy clean’ surface.

Another feature that was required was an instant hot water tap. Here the Franke 3-in-1 electronic version was installed combined with a Franke Undermounted Sink, which also frees up more worksurface as no need for a kettle or raised draining boards.

The existing window and door frames were sanded and painted white complimenting the adjoining conservatory, where as you can also see the laminate flooring was continued through.

The units were installed to the ceiling maximising the storage but also eliminating having to clean on top of them!

The customers were highly delighted with the final result.

I love my new kitchen, especially my steam oven and pull out larder unit. the design, planning, fitting and quality are all excellent!

Matthew and Lee make an amazing team. Thankyou!
