Fit for a Princess Bedroom | Case Study | Creating Spaces

Sliding wardrobes, Elland

Our Customer opted for elegant satin chalk grey sliding wardrobes, with a glass middle panel attached to open shelving. This colour is a very versatile colour lending a tranquil and soft feel to a bedroom. Light grey also compliments the baby pink painted wall beautifully, creating a colour palette for a bedroom fit for a princess.

Sliding wardrobes were the customers first choice and we agreed this was an excellent option to go for as it works well in numerous room types and they don’t require much space in front of them, as their doors slide from side to side.

Brief

The client had very clear understanding of what they required, With a little bit of guidance from ourselves of how to maximise the Alcove situated in the bedroom we are able to satisfy their needs.

Project

By using a sliding door system with bespoke panelling we can maximise the width and the height of the space therefore no need for any oversized fillers. As it was a child’s wardrobe we liaised with the client for what hanging space they required and what shelving space they needed. After the initial design of the wardrobes we decided that a bookshelf the same depth of the wardrobes under the television would flow nicely and create more storage.
